(Orange, CA) - Lighthouse Real Estate Solutions is pleased to announce the promotions of
key staff members.
Mike Sawdon has assumed the new role of Executive Vice President, Administration where
he will be directly involved in all aspects of client and vendor contracts. Mike has demonstrated
the strong ability to effectively coordinate and manage the complexities of the numerous agreements
required to efficiently operate Lighthouse. Mike has a 25-year track record of successful
management in real estate, banking and charter school management. Mike joined Lighthouse 4 years
ago and has played an important role to its continued growth and success.
Eileen Kuramoto has taken on Lighthouses new position of Director of Training. Eileen
will be responsible for ensuring all new hires receive the benefit of complete training on Lighthouses
products, processes, client requirements and customer service. Eileen has more than 18 years
experience in real estate related fields and has been with Lighthouse for more than 5 years where
she previously managed the daily operations of Lighthouses
Valuations Division. Eileen’s dedication
to customer service as well as her experience managing the valuations division’s staff and processes
makes her the ideal candidate for ensuring all new employees are fully prepared to move into an
operations role.
Barbie Abad has been promoted to Director of Valuations where she will oversee the daily
operations of both the appraisal and BPO divisions. Barbie has more than 7 years experience working
with appraisals and BPO’s and has been with Lighthouse for 4+ years working in a lead position in the
valuations division. Barbie has been instrumental in streamlining processes which increased
efficiencies and reduced turn around times.
